Appearance: a fairly handsome young man who looks pretty athletic but is, obviously--er, seemingly, wheelchair bound. However, despite this, he's still actually pretty muscular but slim. Lithe.

Description of powers: WIND RAPE. Basically, Sora knows how to manipulate the wind into moving according to his will--more of pushing the wind into a certain pattern or path. Depending on what he wants achieved, he could create enough wind to stir a breeze to flip a skirt or summon up a pretty nicely sized tornado. In addition to this: Gravity Child. Lol. Born specifically for A-T and these kinds of abilities.
Strength/Extent of powers: See above. Also, he is considered to be the strongest Wing Road rider, able to take down several Kings of other Roads.
Innate: Reflexes, affinity to the wind, and certain principles of A-T riding are innate simply because he was part of a genetic experiment for making A-T riders. :|
Memory related: Specific skills with A-T riding as well as manipulating the wind.
Relation to memory: Remembering combat and the grueling training he and the other Gravity Children went through would be the things to stimulate those abilities.
Effect of Animus Limiters: No gigantic tornados or anything major like that. So at most, he would be able to knock a person into a wall but not with the force to kill them straight-off.

Preferred Weapon: A-T; that metal hardware attached to his legs and all.
Uniform Customization: Black cap with a nice brim! Will probably be casual/not-quite-sloppy with shirt not buttoned all the way and no tie.
